Thank you to everyone who has booked their free tickets for Maldon & Tiptree v Dulwich Hamlet this Saturday, 24 October.
The idea behind Community Day is simple: to bring our two towns and surrounding communities together, welcome new faces and reconnect with supporters who may not have visited for a while.
We've worked hard to put together an afternoon for everyone to enjoy, with plenty to look forward to:
🎨 Free face painting for children
🎶 A pre-match DJ bringing the atmosphere ahead of kick-off
⚽ A children's penalty shootout, kindly sponsored by our neighbours at Madison Heights
🏰 A bouncy castle for children to enjoy
🍔 Food and Drink
Our usual matchday food menu will be available, with a selection of hot food and refreshments throughout the afternoon.
We'll also be introducing a children's menu, with options including:
Chicken nuggets or hot dog £3
Chicken nuggets or hot dog with chips £5
Our bars will be open throughout the day, serving a range of hot and cold drinks, including tea, coffee and Bovril.
🕛 Gates Open at Midday
Join us from 12 noon, enjoy the pre-match entertainment and get settled ahead of our 3pm kick-off against Dulwich Hamlet.
Please have your tickets ready to be scanned at the entrance, either on your phone or as a printed copy.
🚗 Parking Information
We kindly ask all supporters not to park at Madison Heights.
Parking is available at Promenade Park, just a short walk from The Maldon Stadium.
Please note that Promenade Park is a pay-and-display car park, with spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis.
We also ask everyone to be considerate of our neighbours and avoid parking in surrounding residential streets.
🎤 A Half-Time Message from Our Chairman
At half-time, our Chairman, Jamil Trofder, will share a short message with supporters about the progress made at Maldon & Tiptree Football Club over the past six weeks and our ambitions for the future.
Community Day is about much more than football. It's an opportunity to bring people together, strengthen our relationship with the local community and share our vision for the club moving forward.
